Ryan E. Willits is the founder of Willits & Associates. Ryan was admitted to practice in Florida (1991), as well as the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida (1992), the US District Court for the Middle District of Florida (2010), and the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida (1992). His areas of concentration include acquisition, financing, ownership, development, leasing and disposition of Florida real property and related litigation. He is an accomplished advocate, negotiator and litigator with nearly 30 years’ of diversified experience in providing strategic counsel and adept representation to his clients.

Education: Ryan received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Florida and his J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law.

Associations: Ryan is a member of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. Ryan is an authorized agent for the Chicago Title Insurance Company and for the Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, d/b/a Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund Services, LLC. Ryan served as Province President for Florida with the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity from 1993 through 2009, mentoring law students to promote a higher standard of ethics in law schools and in the profession at large; he currently volunteers with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
